VERITY purification systems
Features
Intelligent liquid handling design
VERITY HPLC Systems include a GX Liquid Handler, which features separated fluid paths between injection and fraction collection to prevent contamination for small volumes.
Flexible sample injection options
With its syringeless, solvent delivery system, VERITY 271 and 281 HPLC Systems accommodates injection loop volumes of 2 µL to 25 mL and sample mass of up to 15 grams per injection.
Pumping solutions
VERITY HPLC Systems can be configured with several pumping solutions. The VERITY® 3240 High Pressure Binary Gradient Pump is designed for semi-preparative to preparative purification. Thanks to its large dynamic flow range of up to 150 mL/min and pressure up to 420 bar (6090 psi); it provides an economical and compact pumping solution for preparative purification on 10 to 50-mm ID columns.
Configuration flexibility
With several valve options available, virtually any number of single- or multiple-column schemes can be accommodated.
Detection options
VERITY HPLC Systems can be configured with one or more detection options, including the VERITY® 1741 UV/VIS, the VERITY® 1601 evaporative light scattering (ELS), VERITY® 1920 Mass Spectrometer, as well as conductivity and pH monitoring with the VERITY® 1810.
