SYSTEMS

VERITY® 3240 high pressure binary gradient pump

Semi-preparative to preparative HPLC

The VERITY® 3240 High Pressure Binary Gradient Pump is designed for semi-preparative to preparative purification.  It provides an economical and compact pumping solution for preparative purification on 10 – 50 mm ID columns thanks to its large dynamic flow range up to 150 mL/min and pressure up to 420 bar (6090 psi).

VERITY 3240 has been designed to effectively allow for scaling up purification from milligrams up to tens of grams on the same Gilson automated purification platform.  The large flow rate and pressure range allow the pump – 150 mL to cover most semi-preparative to preparative HPLC purification needs.  VERITY 3240 can be equipped with inlet solvent selectors to support high throughput purification on different types of columns and to allow for quick column regeneration.

Gilson 322 HPLC pump

Analytical to semi-preparative HPLC

The Gilson 322 HPLC pump is a binary high pressure gradient solvent pump for analytical to semi-preparative scale  HPLC.  When configured with H2 pump heads, it is ideal for 4.6 – 20 mm ID columns with flows up to 30 mL/min and pressures up to 4,300 psi (300 bar).

Equipped with a High-pressure Adjustable Volume Dynamic Mixer (AVDM™) that enables fast gradient response times and homogeneous mixtures for analytical to semi-preparative applications. The adjustable mixing volume allows for easy methods switching from other HPLC system brands.

The Gilson 322 pump has two interchangeable pump heads that are easy to access and simple to maintain, to meet your application needs:

H1 pump heads: ideal for 2 – 12 mm ID columns with flows up to 15 mL/min and pressures up to 8,700 psi (600 bar)

H2 pump heads: ideal for 3 – 20 mm ID columns with flows up to 30 mL/min and pressures up to 4,300 psi (300 bar)

VERITY® 3011 isocratic pump

Automated GPC and analytical to semi-preparative HPLC

The VERITY® 3011 Isocratic Pump is an innovative liquid delivery solution for chemical reaction monitoring in petroleum applications and for gel permeation chromatography (GPC) in environmental and food and beverage testing applications.  With Integrated touchscreen controller, VERITY 3011 offers convenient, stand-alone operation.  When configured with a GX-271 Liquid Handler, VERITY® 4020 Single Syringe Pump and 157 UV/VIS Detector, VERITY 3011 delivers the mobile phase solvent for automated GPC or analytical to semi-preparative chromatography.

The VERITY 3011 Isocratic Pump features a virtually pulse-free, stable solvent flow rate, ensuring stable flow delivery to detectors, and allowing for a wider range of application capabilities on one pump.  The pump also features an easily interchangeable quick-connect pump head, making maintenance simple and reducing costly downtime. The reproducibility and accuracy in reactions when using this pump, coupled with its low operation and maintenance costs, makes the VERITY 3011 Pump an ideal choice for many laboratories that pursue improved results with minimised costs, operators and downtime.
